MSc: specialisation process technology

Nowadays, special attention is being given to (concern about) the environment, with regards to production processes. Also, in this relatively new field of research, biotechnology plays an important role. An example: the way(s) in which sewage is being processed can be approached from a biotechnological view, as well from an environmental technological view, while keeping the eye on the most optimal and feasible possibilities. Large scale bioprocesstechnological installations and environmental technologies which are relevant, are being studied in this choice of optionals. Also the development of new types of bioreactors, is an important aspect of this approach. Innovation is a major and indispensable element in this choice of optionals.
